DNSstuff UNTRACEABLE promotion

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry. Enter by sending in valid UNTRACEABLE movie ticket stubs (No photo copies, facsimiles or duplications are accepted) to:

DNSstuff.com, Movie Promo - 44 Merrimac St, Newburyport, MA 01950.
**You must write your active member username, email and phone number on the back of the tickets for valid entry.

2. Promotion commences from the day the movie first appears in theaters (scheduled for January 25, 2008) and closes on March 15, 2008.

3. DNSstuff is not responsible for lost or late entries. All entries must arrive to DNSstuff HQ by 3/15/08.

4. Entry is open to all global DNSstuff customers with active account.

5. You may enter competitions as many times as you like.

6. Winners are notified via email once competition closes.

7. (2) Prizes will be offered: Garmin Navigation system - estimated at $300 per unit. There will be one drawing held on March 17, 2008. The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a prize occurring during the promotion. We will be sure to offer navigational system that accommodates geographic location.

8. Prizes will be sent to winners within 30 days from the close of drawing. Where there are delays in the promoter receiving goods, prizes will be sent as soon as possible.

9. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure their username and email details are current and correct. DNSstuff will contact winner via email to confirm shipping details.

10. The promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality / suitability / merchantability of any of the goods/ services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the winner.

11. All entries become the property of the promoter.

12. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition are governed by our privacy policy.

13. The use of your name and title may be used for online promotional activities on DNSstuff.com.
